Beautiful home in Marathon, easy to find and plenty of parking for the time that we went. Local restaurant, anglers in the entrance of the property. Boat ramp available to launch a boat at the front of the property if needed and you’re able to locate the house easy once the boat is in the water. The boat launch at Hawks cay is around $50 for non residents. Local Publix located in Marathon about 20 Minutes away. Highly recommend for families or even a group of friends.

Wonderful spring break trip for families with kids/teens! There was so much to do in the area-something for everyone! The house was beautiful and the grounds stunning. Definitely a place worth staying again.

Heather was great, went above and beyond. The villa was perfect for what we were looking for: a place to put our boat in the water right in front of the villa. It was clean, beautiful, great location. We had a great stay!!! Thank you!!!
