Truly a piece of paradise!! The house had a nice open layout and beautiful view. We had 4 adults and 2 children with plenty of space. Roman supplies several additional things inside the house that aren’t typical in a standard rental which makes vacationing even more relaxing! Great at communicating and addressing any issues that may arise (which was minimal for us!). The grounds are breathtaking and the sunsets are incredible. You will truly feel like you are on your own little island. Our 8 and 5 year olds enjoyed the pool, sand, chess, ping-pong, corn hole, kayaks and paddle boards. We even were able to enjoy a fire oceanside. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderfully appointed and maintained property. The care and pride the owners, Roman and Karen, take in the property and their very evident desire for guests to have a wonderful time, are evident with every look in every direction and for every minute of the stay. We are so happy we added another week to our Feb 24 stay and have already booked 2 weeks next year. The property is uniquely private, with both sides fully landscaped to shield out any view of either neighbor. Add in the more than 100-yard setback from the road with curving driveway, when you're present in the yard and house you get the feeling you are in a very secluded resort. With a wonderful pool, palm tree laden fine rock and sand backyard, the long dock, and the magnificent northwest views of the Gulf, every minute begged us to just sit back and take it in. And imagine your own personal jet ski launch ramp into knee deep water right on the property. There is no way to do better for a 3-4 bedroom, 3 bath rental. Superb!

Wonderful home in a quiet location with everything we needed for a nice week away from the snow! A good location for exploring the keys or just relaxing on the water.
