We booked this villa for my mums 60th birthday - as you can see from the pictures, the villa is stunning but the pictures do not do it justice!! It is absolutely beautiful!! By far, the best place we’ve ever stayed!! The villa is very spacious, clean, modern and in the perfect location. The infinity pool is phenomenal!! We spent every day in the pool observing the gorgeous views! The villa is just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city of Kavala - the city has hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops and the bus journey is only 12 mins! Evgenis (host) can not do enough for you. He helped arrange airport transport, restaurant recommendations, best places to visit and see in the area, arranged a private yacht for my family which took us to the most beautiful swimming and snorkelling spots! I can’t thank Evgenis enough for making this holiday the BEST! We can’t wait to book this Villa again!! If you haven’t already booked, BOOK BOOK BOOK! You will NOT regret it!!

The Villa was as beautiful as we expected but as beautiful as it was, the star of the whole stay was Evgenis (and that’s saying something because the Villa is outstanding!) I’ve never known such a helpful AirBnb host. He was so kind and couldn’t do enough to make our stay absolutely incredible from start to finish. We went as a family of 7 - girls trip for my mums 60th and my aunties birthdays too. Every aspect of this holiday blew all of our expectations out of the water. Evgenis gave us local recommendations in abundance, booked restaurants, taxis - the boat trip was incredible so don’t hesitate to book that too. He really is an angel. The Villa, view and pool are so beautiful, as is the surrounding area. Everyone had the best time and I was expecting to be very busy organising everyone and making sure they all had a good time but I needn’t have worried, Evgenis took such wonderful care of us all. You won’t regret booking. Thank you so much for everything Evgenis!

What an experience, A family vacation to remember, We can start with Evgenis, what a wonderful man very friendly, very helpful and had made our experience so much more memorable, and accommodated our needs without hesitation. Started as strangers left as friends. Then the villa evian the place is amazing from the very beginning walking in felt like luxury, and home. Everything you needed and more the views were breathtaking. What with 9 of us, including little kids and elderly it really accommodated us all. The pool especially is beautiful, the views of mountains and the sea you will take with you for a life time. We had the privilege of 2 weeks here at this amazing place. This was our first family holiday all together, and I'm so glad my family was able to experience greece and in such a luxury place. We didn't have the best weather. However, the villa had everything we needed to keep us entertained on rainy days, thankfully. From board games to Netflix, we'll be back in 2024.
