Our family (2 adults and 2 young children) really enjoyed our stay here, exactly what we were looking for. Great outdoor space -- lots of room and furniture on the patio, private with nice landscaping, and the real winner is the pool. So glad the pool was heated for our stay in April -- we were able to use it everyday, even when a bit overcast or windy. The house is very well stocked -- kitchen utensils and supplies, pack-n-play, pool floats and toys, beach chairs/toys/umbrellas. Easy access to the beach (short drive with all our gear; also would have been an easy walk). We appreciated that everything worked in the house (a/c, laundry, etc.). If we end up back in this area, we would happily stay here again.

Loved our stay at the yellow house and would definitely stay there again! We loved the short walk to the beach and also enjoyed the wonderful pool area at the home! Sondra communicates quickly and aims to please!

This was our second stay at the Yellow Beach House. Sondra is a great host and is very responsive. When we had a minor issue with the water heater Sondra had someone there within hours. The home is clean, spacious, and the backyard/pool spaces are beautiful, super peaceful and like a little oasis. The beach and ice cream shop are only a short walk away and the site of peacocks is a fun and interesting addition to an already perfect atmosphere.

We loved this house! My wife and I stayed here in late March with our two kids (2.5 and 6 mos). We spent most of the time in and around the heated pool, which was still warm even on days in the 60s. The house was full of everything we needed: pool towels, plenty of cook ware, pack-n-play, grill, pool chairs, TVs with streaming, and more. The location was nice as we were close enough for a short drive to everything in Canaveral/Cocoa Beach, but still far away enough to feel like we were getting away. 10 minute walk to the beach. Sondra was very kind and responsive host during our stay. Would love to stay again!!
