这是一个非常超值的公寓，完全适合家庭，商务人士，游客等的居住需求。很完善的配置，很为住客考虑的装修和配置。外加上完美的地理位置，但又停车便利，周边的设施都是高好评的，觉得是取代住酒店的选择。尤其适合常住，会上瘾的地方，作为一个老驴，强烈推荐。

Loved Kathryn’s place! Perfectly suited our needs. Clean, great location, comfortable and private. The porch lounging and dining space has lovely views of tree tops which make it a perfect place to perch for a meal or relax with a good book. The condo is bright and well appointed. Enjoyed all the art! And the overall location is so convenient making it an easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops. We stayed for a month while visiting our daughter who lives in Austin and couldn’t have been more pleased to find Kathryn’s place an exceptional “home away from home!”

This was the perfect home away from home and better than I expected. Lots of space and light with a wonderful kitchen and cozy living room. The location was fabulous and walkable to many cute restaurants and shops. Kathryn was a wonderful host!

Stayed for six weeks while we transitioned houses in Austin. Great location in Clarksville close to downtown and Pease Park. Spacious, well outfitted, and a calm, quiet location for work from home and conference calls. Nice furnishings - like a real home. Settled in very quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Huge master bathroom with walk in closet. It was only two of us so we ended up splitting the bathrooms and the second bedroom served as a second dressing room - not really set up as an office or guest room, more a private lounge space which worked well for us. Morning coffee on the porch even in the summer heat was wonderful! Highly recommend this stay! Note you will need to procure bath tissue, paper towels and dishwasher soap as the supply is only for a week.

My husband and I stayed at Kathryn's place for a month before we moved into our new home. It honestly felt like home already, so we were actually sad to leave! Huge, clean space. Perfect location, walking distance to all the best Clarksville restaurants/bars/cafes/etc. Helpful and responsive host. The apartment is furnished with lots of fun art! The kitchen is really great for those who like to cook. The primary bath is super spacious and the walk in closet is great for gals like me who have a LOT of clothes ;) Would stay there again and a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.
