Parking was less than ideal. Paid parking was around $30 per day free parking lot a couple of blocks away. The fitted sheet did not stay on the mattress and the soap pump in the shower was broken. Parking was a hassle. Bare bones kitchen with only small bowls.

I DON’T recommend this stay at ALL. Very bad experience. NOT EVEN the apartment posted in the pictures. 1: No parking instructions, link in Airbnb never worked. Had to pay 105 dlls for 3 days. 2: No help at all by the host, no assistance, no message responses, NOTHING. 3: No gym, pool or stairs access code or key. (One day the elevator didn’t work, we needed to take the stairs but we couldn’t even take them because we didn’t have a key or code to enter the stairs. We had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come down) 4: EXTREMELY noisy at night, couldn’t sleep because of the music outside. Very noisy neighbors, you can hear everything, every single step when they walk. Horrible. 5: Would never stay again.

Absolutely loved staying at sonder’s city apartment over SXSW. Very clean and close to some amazing bars + venues. Would recommend to anyone looking to be close to the addictive energy of Austin

This was my second stay at Sonder. It’s in a great up and coming area in east Austin with a more hipster vibe. We really enjoyed that we were able to walk to 6th st entertainment. We used Uber to get around mostly to the other sites we had on our list and to restaurants the avg price was about $10 a ride. Would defined stay again. The weather was extremely beautiful so we took advantage of the pool to relax for a couple days. We also used the laundry amenities with no issues. The only thing I had trouble finding was the supply closet for more tp/tissues. Besides that check in and out was simple and our unit was clean. There is a newer outdoor courtyard area about a block away we could see and hear from our room. Since we were front facing. It was noisy until about 12:00-1:00am Fri and Sat.. it didn’t disrupt our sleep though.
