Donna puts a lot of mindful intention in creating an enjoyable experience for her guests. It is a lovely private property. We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the area...and appreciated the water access to the pond for boating; kayaking and paddle boarding (10 min walk at most). The house accommodated our family for playing game, reading nooks and community gatherings inside and out. Slinging food was made easier with the added bar sink in the kitchen. No AC but with the windows open there was a wonderful breeze that helped move the air on warmer days and it was enough to feel perfectly comfortable. A special sanctuary indeed!

This is our 3rd year spending family vacation in this lovely spot. The house is perfect for a large group, as it has lots of spaces to hang out - big enough for everyone, and also private enough that smaller groups can relax. We love being close to a great beach - not at all crowded - good waves but also accessible. Lifeguards on duty too. Donna's house is filled with lots of surprises and nice touches. We like going to it because both the house, its contents, and landscaping are so creative. At Donna's suggestion and with her help, we even added some clam digging to our activities this year. We'll be back!

Donna is the ultimate host and while she is rated as a super host by airbnb they may have to add another category for her as she excels in all areas. From the very start of the process from booking to check out her communication was outstanding . On the first night we joined Donna by her fire pit and she graciously cooked the chestnuts I brought over. The house is beautiful with unique architectural features and perfect for a family get away . We gathered in the main living room area at night and gathered around the fireplace . The house was immaculate and well maintained. The location is very nice and is a short walk down to the pond . Driving to local beaches in Westerly and Watch Hill is very easy. We were away for the Thanksgiving holiday and the kitchen and supplies were more than adequate for our holiday meal . Special touches such as a basket of eggs from her own chickens to welcomes written on Seashells makes the guests feel very welcome . Hope to come back soon!!!

Donna’s house was perfect for our group of seven. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space, the surrounding area is gorgeous, the kitchen is large and well stocked. Donna was a communicative, helpful host. I highly recommend this house!

Donna's house was a great spot for our family. Everything was as described in the listing, and Donna is a warm, welcoming host. We especially appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen. Lots of room in the house, very cheerful and bright, nicely decorated, and very comfortable beds, Highly recommended.
