Joyce’s house is everything we wanted for a beach weekend with friends. The location is stunning— a private beach with plenty of room to relax, spread out, go fishing etc. The deck facing the ocean has a plethora of seating options whether you want to lounge or have dinner outside under the umbrella, which we did. There are three full bathrooms, which was ideal for the number of guests we had, and everyone slept well. The Adirondack chairs on the beach were a huge bonus. There are also great food options nearby. We had Salty’s, Two Little Fish and Cinder which were all delicious. Amazing weekend.

This is such an amazing place. Immaculate cottage with all that you need and more for an incredible beach vacation. A large deck overlooking the beach and waves on one side and view of Winnapaug pond on the other. Can't beat the beach location, center of Misquamicut beach. And Joyce and Tom could not be better and more attentive hosts. A family vacation experience that we will cherish.
