An outstanding and rather perfect stay. The cottage is fantastic. A stones throw from Brechfa Forest. The cottage makes a dog walkers holiday a paradise. Secure garden. A spacious cottage with a very well equipped kitchen. A really comfortable bed and quite the shower for rural Wales. This is the second time I’ve stayed at the cottage and it’s guaranteed I will be staying again. Without any doubt this is the best cottage for dog walkers in Carmarthenshire.

From the minute we booked it, Stephen was very proactive and forthcoming with information and suggestions. The property was beautiful and offered everything you need for a relaxing stay. Garden was fenced so dogs could stay there without worry. The view from the patio / garden is stunning. I would definitely visit again

The Gorlech was exactly as it looks in the pictures but with lovely cozy heating, everything you need in the kitchen and Welsh cakes on arrival. The double bed was enormous and comfortable with lovely bed linen. The towels are huge and soft. It was very practical for the dog, with a hose outside for dirty paws and a basket of dog blankets which were appreciated. Good walking on the doorstep. I loved hearing the dawn chorus and the sound of the river in the morning. We walked to the Forest Arms in Brechfa for dinner, which was also very good. Thank you!
