Spent a month and a half here and the apartment was very comfortable and Michael was very nice and responsive. It had everything I needed if a little bare boned but I have no real compaints. It was very quiet and comfortable. The only problem I had was that the smoking area was right outside my windows and the smoke would waft into the apartment if I had any of my windows open. But that probably wouldn't bother most people. Other than that I would stay there again (which I think should be the one Airbnb question they should ask).

Michael was a very attentive host. As an example, during our month long stay, there was a spell of very hot weather. Michael delivered two fans so we could keep cool. At other times, when we messaged him with a question, he would respond rapidly. Upon our arrival, he gave us very specific and accurate instructions on how to enter our apartment. Our unit was quite clean and also quiet. In terms of the apartment, it is snug, but our family of five were comfortably accommodated. The appliances are modern and above average quality and functionality. Though the laundry facilities are shared, on most occasions we had little problem washing our clothes as needed. As with the apartment appliances, the washer was modern and functioned well. The apartment is located in a very nice area. the Kettenbrückengasse Ubahn stop is a quick walk. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk, in addition to many good and reasonably priced restaurants. Also, the Naschmarkt is just a 10 minute walk.

I recently relocated to Vienna, and I wanted a place to stay for the first month while searching for an apartment to rent, and Michael's flat was exactly what I was looking for. Fully equipped: Like in the photos and description, they provide all you need for the stay. Great location: Very close to a metro station (line U4), which made both my commute to work and attending the apt viewing appointments easier. Grocery stores: At least 3 within less than 5 minutes, by foot. Food and Drinks: Many and all sorts of restaurants and bars near by. And Michael was very responsive, when I had questions. I would highly recommend it! There is only one thing I missed: More storage space in the bedrooms, a larger wardrobe would have made me more comfortable during my 5-week stay.
