The Coriander Cottage did not disappoint! The accommodations were amazing, very clean and ideal for an individual or solo traveling. The beach is literally like a minute walk away and there is an amazing reef to snorkel directly in front of you. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around but the Cottage is centrally located to most points of attraction. The host was very communicative and unobtrusive. It truly felt like a dream home in paradise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOKING!!!

The beach chairs were old and badly rusted. One of the chair's cloth tore completely on the first use, making it unusable. I left two separate text messages to the multitude of phone numbers listed in their binder - I received no response at all over the next 5 days. We had to ask to borrow chairs from other villas for the remainder of our trip, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. We killed at least 10 roaches and/or centipides during our week stay. Doors and windows were consistently left shut - the seals need replacing. The villa is very charming overall (although poor workmanship in some places, especially the shower) and is very close to the beach. The appliances were in good working order, and the cleaning crews did a thorough job both before and during the stay.

We had an excellent experience at Coriander Cottage. The space was perfect for two. The location was great for different experiences around the island. With a rental car everything is accessible, whether you want the standard hotel beach experience at Grace Bay, or you want to explore things off the beaten path like Split Rock and Malcolm Beach. This space is also centrally located for easy accessibility to the different restaurants across the island. We didn't require much from the host, but they were present for check in to make sure everything went smoothly, which was appreciated. All in all a 5 star experience.
