What can we say?? There’s so much to be excited about ! We came here mid April not sure what the weather would be like. Brett has a lobstah shack with fresh seafood from Maine , like real fresh, we cooked oysters over our fire , and the smelled like the ocean! We spent some time with him listening to stories and getting to know him and how he made these cabins his dream! He’s really good people. We will be back; about as much as the air n b allows us to. Checkout and in was seamless , we had everything we need . Bring your own utensils and plates for cooking ; and leave something to share ! He had everything you needed to cook over an open flame , from a cast iron egg fryer , Dutch ovens, skillets , and a popcorn maker . We had an amazing time . The views are gorgeous , the sounds of water soothing . We cannot wait to come back, this is the best little adventure if you need to get away and we felt so at home .

This place is so simple and amazing. Brett is a really good man me and him probably talked for about a hour, probably wouldn't went long but my wife was wondering where I was. There dog amazing so sweet and cuddly. There land is beautiful he let me walk around there trails on there land to take pictures. Extremely nice people this place is way too cheap for the experience.

We brought our two kids. 2 and 5. We all had a blast, we bird watched and saw “woody the woodpecker “ , caught a bunch of crawl dads and hiked a bunch. We are so grateful to have found this place. Brett, his wife and Shasta are amazing. We are already planning a trip back next month.

We had the most wonderful stay at Brett’s Cabin. Honestly, it’s even better than the pictures! Everything that we could have needed was generously provided (enough stacked/dry wood for whole stay, drinking water, jugged water outside for dishes, very clean perfectly functional outhouse, dishes, spoons, paper coffee cups, pots/pans, fire starter, blankets, etc etc). Also, they have the coolest sweetest pup, Shasta. She joined us for a hike and hung out with us by the fire. 🥰 We will back!!
