I had a last minute trip and wanted cheap and in a convenient location. Chu was flexible on my check in, very quick responses and I really enjoy my room. Definitely would use again and in a crunch and on a budget! 5 ⭐️s

Parking is great, the host is very friendly and responsive, easy freeway access. Well worth the money

The place was nice and clean i was in Sacramento only for a weekend and needed a quick place and Chu’s place was perfect other than not having access to a kitchen area it’s a nice place clean and comfortable

Great place within walking distance to many coffeeshops and restaurants. Room was clean and had a super comfy bed. Towel and water bottle was provided. I especially liked having a small desk. There was another guest in the other room, but no wait time whatsoever on the shared bathroom. Chu was super proactive via the app, always asking if everything was alright. If you are looking for an inexpensive and central place in Sacramento, I highly recommend Chu's place.

The place is as described, and check-in was straightforward. The location is ideal as there is lots to do around the area. Well worth the price!
