We had a great stay at Roy’s place. The house is super spacious and the views are stunning! The house had all the amenities required for a short or a longer stay and it felt very comfortable and homey. The house is located in a tranquil environment and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of the birds and the views. Paihia is just a short 5 minute drive so if you are after a peaceful and tranquil base to explore the Bay of Islands from I highly recommend Roy’s place

It’s a great apartment in a wonderful location. It’s spacious, well furnished and equipped. Make sure you have the lockbox code before arrival, this information was unavailable on the Airbnb app.

It was little difficult to locate ,but it was absolutely clean,all facilities were like five star hotel .all rooms on first floor and view was little far but Good.
