We had a fantastic time staying for a week at the Townhouse. Kathleen was very easy to work with and even let us know that we could check in a few hours earlier than anticipated. The house has views of the Saco River and the Atlantic Ocean. Just about everything that you need is either in the house or within walking distance. We were lucky to arrive on the last day of the Camp Ellis Harbor Fest and enjoyed hearing live music right from the back deck! The little beach was at the end of the road was the perfect size for our children. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our extended family of 9. We hope to book the house again in the future!

This place was in an unbeatable location to Camp Ellis Beach, walkable to the general store and Huot’s. Beautiful views of the Saco river, very relaxing atmosphere. For a five year old house, it is showing some noticeable wear and tear, but the location far outweighs that issue. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse was beautiful and set in a great location. Kathleen and Mark were very responsive and friendly. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, grilling on the deck and roasting marshmallows by the fire. We would absolutely stay at this place again.

The location was great. We were traveling with 3 children under the age of 5 so the short walk to the beach was very convenient.

This property was so perfect for our family, we just had to come back again this year. It’s exactly as described and Kathleen is a marvelous host. The place has all the amenities and space, and the River / Ocean views and distance to the beach are amazing. We plan on making this an annual event. Thank you Kathleen.
