Joan was excellent about communication. One of the motors for the heater broke and Joan quickly found a solution. The house was just as described with high ceilings, large rooms, and vintage style. Oak trees with Spanish moss and deer on the grounds made for a picturesque landscape. The place gives you the feel of old time Texas. In keeping with that, the water will take a little while to warm up and toaster can be temperamental. Nothing a little patience doesn’t solve. Beds were very comfortable and WiFi worked perfectly. We would be happy to stay here again if we’re back in town.

Our family traveled from 4 different states to gather in Beeville for Thanksgiving this year. This house accommodated all of us with comfort and ease. We loved the lovely home, its furnishings and the history of the house. There was ample room for the grandkids to roam on the grounds. Beautiful setting, great deck at the rear of the house for gathering in the evenings. The house was very clean, kitchen was perfect for all the prep and cooking done for Thanksgiving dinner. The house accommodated our large family on this special day with ease and comfort. We felt as if we were stepping back in time with present day amenities. Would definitely stay in this AirBnb again. The location of this home was close to town and yet we still felt we were in the country.
