David’s home was everything we expected and more. Spotlessly clean, thick thirsty towels, adequate kitchen equipment, large spacious rooms, and a great fenced in yard for the dog. Convenient to get anywhere including the Miami airport. Very friendly neighbors. This was our first attempt since my retirement of being a snowbird and it worked great. We would have enjoyed a pool and a Caribbean style white sand beach but this did not negatively affect the enjoyment of the place! David was the perfect host!!

Lovely and comfortable home to spend 5 weeks. Description of home and amenities are accurate. Grocery and parks short drive away, great restaurants within walking distance and able to kayak to the dolphin rescue. Quiet neighborhood. David is very pleasant and quick to respond to questions. Would love to return someday.

Wow! I just finished a one-month stay in this beautiful home. The location was great with plenty of activity and restaurants close by. The house has various sitting areas both indoors and outdoors and can accommodate solo travelers like myself or families. DAVID was extremely responsive and I usually waited no longer than 5 minutes for a response to any question I had. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful location.

This home is beautiful tranquility on a canal. Very bright spacious rooms & plenty of seating inside & out. Bedding comfortable. Plenty of beach & shower towels! Elevator super convenient for Groceries & elderly. Walking distance to The Pilot restaurant, Dolphin rescue & Fish market. Short drive to 2 food stores, Walgreens, liquor store & Resturant’s. David was easy to communicate with & really accommodating. We are definitely looking forward to returning! ❤️
