Tanya’s place was great, in my opinion better than advertised. I feel like it could be considered more of a private resort than hotel, mainly due to the private location and seclusion. Awesome selection of a variety of cuisines nearby. Master bedroom was great, guest bedroom has private shower, washer and dryer, third bedroom is the smallest of the three but adequate. Living space is great, only complaint is that the tv is currently unwatchable unless you are ok with blown out speakers, maybe some people do :) Back patio area is private and fenced in, the Grill works and comes with a full tank of propane and all necessities are provided. Wi-Fi- we were able to access the wifi and check emails, but when it came to streaming videos, or playing a game the signal was a little low during high peak hours. As a result we did use our own hotspots during the trip about 50% of the time. Trash bags and paper towels are also provided unlike many other airbnbs I have stayed at.

We had a great time at the Bayhouse and would love to return one day, ideally with another family (or two) in one or both of the other rental houses on property so to be able to share the common area spaces with friends instead of people we didn’t know :) (also Ps we tried a piece of key lime pie every restaurant we went to and Mrs Mac’s, which is in walking distance, was by far the best 😋 )

Beautiful place, unfortunately we had issues with the TV not working properly, the shower had to be fixed, the blinds on the window by the hot tub could not be closed properly so it was uncomfortable to take a bath and we had to clean the patio furniture and the floor in the shared patio, in order to sit down. Everything was taken care of right away but I would have preferred not to have to spend my 2 days of vacation getting things fixed. It just needs better maintenance.
