This place has it all. Beach, pier, pool, hot tub and privacy. We stayed for a month and loved it. Amazing location. Bring your boat!!

Great location and stunning views, but with significant issues. The property, landscaping, pool, hot tub and private beach access are truly one of a kind. Kayaks are available for use along with other beach accessories and toys. Overall the stay was okay, but some of the major issues we ran into were: 1) when we asked for instructions to using the sauna (which is an advertised amenity) we were told that the sauna was off and that we could not use it for insurance purposes. 2) This listing advertised 5 bedrooms with 7 beds, one of which was an office, but could be used as a bedroom. When we went to use this pullout bed, it was broken and falling through the frame. We were counting on this bedroom & bed, but there was no possible way to use it, leaving 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. Two of the six beds were very small and located in the guesthouse, side by side as pictured on the listing. A third bed was the pull out couch in the living room. The remaining three beds were a king and two queens which were all usable, but very old and creaked loudly with any movement. 3) The outdoor grill did not work properly. The starter doesn’t work & the burners are rusted out and covered in years worth of grease. We were instructed to light with the long lighter provided as the starter was out. 4) The trash goes out to the road on Monday and Thursday nights. Recycle pickup provided as well. Three small cans are provided for trash and with the twice weekly pickup, they were more than sufficient for our trash needs, however, they do not have wheels and due to the long and winding driveway, this made transporting the cans to the road somewhat difficult. They either had to be put into the car or we dragged them up the pebble/gravel driveway. A simple cart or cans with wheels would solve this issue. 5) The groundskeeper advised that the security cameras in the home had all been turned off or disconnected for our privacy. And we believe this to be true, however the outdoor surveillance on the property was clearly monitored regularly. The evening we arrived, the groundskeeper had turned on the front landscaping lights and the water fountain out front. The second evening we were there, we turned on the dolphin fountain. The next day the groundskeeper called and informed us that the property owner asked us to turn off all fountains and outdoor lighting if not in use. As respectful guests in their home, we immediately did as we were asked and searched for and located the front fountain switch which had been turned on prior to our arrival, and turned off the pool fountain. We did feel somewhat strange in knowing that the property owners were each day monitoring the pool surveillance where we were spending our time, but we understand the desire to have security on an expensive property. Other items worth noting would be poor quality/old pillows and sheets, outdated shower heads, 15 year old kitchen appliances, no TVs in bedrooms other than master bed, strict rules regarding cleaning the home, but only an ancient vacuum is provided, and this may sound silly, but beware: the keurig in the home does not take standard kcups! In summary, the property, landscaping, outdoor amenities, private beach access, private dock and exquisite home decor are all luxury as advertised, but due to the unavailable sauna and other issues, inconveniences and items mentioned above, we felt as though we didn’t receive the expected value for the premium price we paid.

Beautiful home. Perfect location. the best swimming pool we have ever swam in. Idyllic private beach, coupled with a comfortable dock if you rent a boat. Highly recommended for families or groups.
