*STOP LOOKING*. You found it!!! This place has it all; just as described! Unlike other BnB places, this house has everything you need and more. The home was clean, very well furnished, and had lots of amenities. The one thing I found very helpful was the notes/notebook that explained everything. This place is well worth its value, very close to John Pennekamp State Park and restaurants/grocery stores. Outside, we enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and back yard. Inside the house was nicely decorated, roomy, and the beds were really comfortable. The host was very proactive with ensuring they were available for any concerns. We didn’t have any and truly enjoyed this vacation home. There are cameras on the property, as mentioned. They weren’t invasive or excessive. There was no “spying” feeling or violation of our vacation/privacy. I liked knowing they were there since it’s just one level of protection during our stay. None of them faced in toward the house. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay and the property is beautiful! We loved the putting green and the kayaks. It is definitely a bit small for 8 people, those sleeping on the couch have to use the bathrooms in other peoples bedrooms at night. We also had some toddlers with us and needed to do a lot of child proofing as there were a lot of fragile decoration all around the house/on the floor. Overall tho we loved the place and enjoyed our stay.

This is truly an incredible home! My nephews loved fishing off the dock and were constantly in the pool. Very secluded, private, quiet and just overall lovely. One thing to note though is that they have video and audio monitoring both in the front of the house and the backyard. We didn't discover this until well into our stay. They are also very strict on how many people can be there at one time. We were in town for my cousin's wedding and they evidently saw my father, his partner and daughter arrive, and immediately asked us to have them leave because we were over 8 people. They were there for dinner, a BBQ, but they were not even allowed to be there just to hang out for the day. I understand the rule, but didn't realize that I couldn't have dinner with my family. Kind of disappointing on that front. Really sweet touches throughout the house, very well stocked kitchen also and very comfortable beds.
