Spacious house only 60m from the beach. Ideal for the family. Comfortable bedrooms, with air-conditioning and optional safety box. Bathrooms with hot and cold water. Furniture and style from the 40's. Large and cool porch, great yard with fruit trees. Parking space for up to 3 cars. This is one of the most ample and comfortable houses in the area of beaches of the capital. By car, it's only 30 minutes away from the historic center of Havana. From the international airport of Havana, you can take a taxi directly, the cost of the trip should be between 40 and 50 CUC (local currency roughly equivalent to the USD). We advice to withdraw money directly in CUC at the ATM in the airport, or to exchange some money, but not much, since you can do it later at the bank, which is just across the street. The correct address is No. 47012 5th. avenue and 472, Guanabo, East Havana. (Unfortunately Airbnb incorrectly modified the address and it won't let us modify it).

the location great, the housekeepers Nancy and Nelsos .very helpful n friendly. close to a club, which is nice, but expect late night music. great experience. overall great place to estay
Un grand Merci à Nelson et Nancy pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et nos discussion. La maison est jolie et les salles de bains vous projettent dans les années 50 ! Un petit bémol quant à l'état de la maison qui est plus dégradé que sur les photos (peinture des murs qui s'écaille, grilles extérieures rouillées, robinetterie de la cuisine et des salles de bains oxydées). La proximité de la mer ne doit pas aider et doit demander beaucoup d'entretien. La maison est très centrale et bien située mais située sur une rue très passante et bruyante et face à un établissement qui fait bar, restaurant et boite de nuit (le WE les enceintes étaient de sortie dans la rue).
The hosts are exceptional! Communication was always smooth with them. The house is nice, spacious and the location is great, at no more than 100m from the beach, restaurants and small local business where you can get food, water and drinks. It's a great place to stay! Highly recommended!
The caretakers of the house were incredibly accommodating. Heads up! If you’re not a fan of women working at night you may want to book a house a block or two off the beach strip.

The house is located in a centric area, close to banks, stores, diners and restaurants, entertainment facilities and WiFi zone.
There are bus stops nearby, in case you want to travel by public transport (which we don't recommend, since it's quite packed), and in the avenue you can easily take private or shared taxis. Our house has its own parking space, where you can leave your rented car.
