We had a lovely holiday staying at Bellavista in last 2 weeks of August '23. The flat was well furnished, had a beautiful view across the valley. Tuscany is beautiful and this stay meant we could both relax by the pool and also visit local towns and attractions easily. The shared pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. 1.1m deep. Great views. Only a few minutes walk from the apartment The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped -we particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. A few things that we discovered that others might find helpful: We found that the photos of the apartment had us expecting the apartment to be bigger. Whilst it was suitable for the 3 of us, we were initially disappointed. When daytime temperature above 30° the heat of the master bedroom was extreme and difficult to sleep. No Aircon. Fans inadequate. It also came as a surprise that we would have to park our car 5 minutes walk away. We had a designated parking space

Boligen optrådte desværre beskidt ved ankomst, hvilket er noget beklageligt til prisen og den ekstra pris for rengøring. Smuk udsigt fra lejligheden og fine faciliteter i form af fitness, pool og smukt hovedhus. Besad ikke de basale ting som salt, peber, olie som ellers beskrevet. Generelt trænger boligen til en kærlig hånd i form af maling og rengøring og opdatering af møbler.

There are no sunbeds at the appartment (that picture is at the communal pool). Like previously mentioned the bed is really terrible, we had aching bodies after 1 night! Further the apartment is noce and complete and the surroundings are perfect for daytrips!

Een ruim,fijn en prachtig gelegen appartement met schitterend uitzicht. Toplocatie! We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft voldoende, comfortabele ligstoelen. Het gezellige plaatsje Lucca ligt op een steenworp afstand. Communicatie met Elisabeth verloopt vriendelijk en effectief. Parkeren vonden wij ook helemaal prima. Je kreeg je eigen parkeerplek op de eigen parkeerplaats en het was lang niet zo ver lopen als sommige andere recencies suggereren. Enige kleine puntjes van verbetering zijn de erg krakende bedden, de loshangende douchestang, de lamme douchekop en het niet meer sluitende klepje van de vaatwasser.
