I will think of Joseph’s place first thing for any visit to Mobile. I enjoyed the privacy and amenities the unit gave me for my 3 week stay and the central and beautiful location in Mobile.

House was easy to find and communication was quick. Not sure how so many reviews can mention 'clean' and cozy when I found something so opposite. I found multiple dead bugs behind the bed, cobwebs with spiders in ceiling corners, closet floor was filthy, carpet smelled of urine, bathroom sink still had toothpaste splatters and hair in it, bathroom floor dirty (especially around base of toilet). When I messaged Joe about this, he told me I was wrong, but did send someone to vacuum the next day. All I can say is pictures don't lie.

It is a good place, with more than necessary to stay, get to know the city, work or rest. Joseph gives you the freedom to cook and makes you feel at home, I would come back again.

Joseph is a great host and communicates quickly. He’s very welcoming and opens up his home (well the kitchen, laundry room, and your bedroom of course) to you. Small space but very clean and accommodating. Has the necessities you will need. Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. 5/5 recommend!

The space was very nice. The host was very nice and helpful. For a solo traveler, this turned out to be a very nice place to stay for a few days. If I'm ever in the area under similar circumstances, I most certainly will book this space again. Thanks, Joseph, for having me.
