We had an incredible stay at Tina & Scott's beautiful home. We were visiting for 10 days with family and the 7 adults were extremely comfortable during our stay. The location and setting is absolutely beautiful, with a large lawn to explore, classic PEI fields surrounding the property and a nice view of the water. The house itself is really well laid out - nice and comfortable bedrooms, a really great living room to relax in and our favorite part was the large screened in porch where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Tina and Scott were also great to communicate with - we had a hurricane arrive towards the end of our trip and they were great to coordinate with and very generous with making us feel comfortable. We certainly hope to come back in the years ahead!

Our two small families (4 adults, 3 kids) shared a fantastic stay at the cottage - it's a wonderful, serene location and bright, charming space. Scott and Tina were clear and responsive, and left us great instructions on cottage care as well as local attractions. The love and attention to detail that the hosts have invested in their property is clear throughout the house. A delightful place for your quiet, relaxing retreat to PEI!

Tina and Scott’s cottage is absolutely lovely! The location is amazing if you are looking for something private and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the yard/water. The cottage is filled with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for our family trip. Thank you Tina and Scott for hosting us!

A beautiful, bright and airy cottage. private and quiet. Breezy. The home had all you can need. Far enough from town to have a quiet family vacation, yet close enough to run out for coffee or a few store items. Tina & Scott responded to any questions I had immediately. Thank you for this incredible vacation and use of you incredible cottage !

Tastefully appointed and away from the hustle and bustle, Baubassin Cottage is amazing spot to stay on the island. Minutes from excellent beaches, world class musical performances at the Under the Spire festival, the cottage is very comfortable for a larger family. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch.
