The property is beautiful and quiet. Ali and the property manager were responsive and friendly. If you don’t have some sort of vehicle, it is quite a walk up hill from town, but we enjoyed it. Unfortunately the entire house is in desperate need of some TLC. From wobbly bathroom handles, to an absolute need of caulking around the floor in the kitchen/living room to keep the steady flow of biting ants out. We enjoyed the bbq area and supplied amenities, but it was more rustic than we were expecting.

Amazing Finca on top of the hill. Perfect to relax with friends, have bbq and enjoy the sunset. The view on the ocean is incredible. A car or something to move around is necessary, as it is like 5-10 min in car to get to Montezuma and other places. Communication with just was easy. Highly recommended!
