Stunning location, superb house , great fun using the canoes , we were blessed with warm sunshine and clear skies ,even had our first BBQ of the year , will definitely book again if we can , there were 11 of us and we all thought this was our best stay in a Airbnb, 👍

This was perfect for our reunion of 11 with a good selection of sleeping arrangements. The beds were extremely comfortable. Electric showers meant they were always hot! Having a large dining room table & choice of sitting rooms enabled us to natter comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoy the outdoors so the setting was perfect.

What a fabulous week we have had at Sunnybank. Celebrating a 70th birthday with 14 members of our family , four generations ……6 months to 91 yrs . We arranged Marcus from “realfoodchefs” to prepare and serve our birthday meal which was absolutely delicious. We had everything we could possibly want in the house. The weather was extremely kind to us with frosty mornings and clear skies with beautiful sunsets. Lots of excellent walks in the beautiful countryside (including a climb up the “Old Man of Coniston “ and back to cosy evenings around the wood burner. A big thanks to Daphne who was always extremely helpful and helped arrange a hot tub.

A stunning location and gorgeous house with everything you need for a great trip away. Very comfortable and the bedrooms had fabulous views. Great experience all round.

Lovely house that suited our large family get together. Great location, well cared for and equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed walking to the lake shore and up to Beacon Hill from the house.
