I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time outdoors with friends/family, especially those trying to escape from the city for a weekend (Port Jervis is accessible by train, and is also a short distance from NYC). The hosts provided so much useful information, and also had the caretaker meet us at the house for any additional questions we had. The property itself is beautiful, and there are so many activities for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved having access to the tennis court, pool-side BBQ (it had so much seating, lighting, fridge space, and even a restroom so you don't have to walk back to the house), and volleyball. We lucked out with perfect weather, but just in case it was going to rain, they had a tent/table/chairs available to rent so that we could still eat our BBQ outdoors. Overall, we all had an amazing experience.

The house/property were amazing. From the mini-golf course to the swimming pool to the open field with games, there were plenty of activities to keep my group of friends busy. Also plenty of room to relax and catch up on rest. Overall a great experience.

Working with Jackie was great - she was a great host. Her spot in Port Jervis is pretty incredible. I highly recommend airbnbing with her.

This place is amazing. Could have stayed here for a week. It really is like your own private resort, and if your group is large enough, the value is hard to beat. Highly recommend!

This place is simply amazing! It is truly a mini-resort and has everything you could possibly need. My family and I had so much fun... I was worried about it being too cold for the pool but it ended up being in the 80s and you could not get my cousins out of there! Make sure you step out at night and gaze at the star-filled sky its breathtaking. Jackie, Thank you for your prompt replies and being so accommodating with the check-in and check-out times. Truly appreciate your hospitality.
