Peter and Gabby were incredible hosts. They are warm and inviting, responsive and accommodating. The house and property are beautiful, spacious, and clean. Peter's tour of the sanctuary was something we won't soon forget. We met so many animals with incredible stories. Whether you're vegan or not, a trip to this property will be a great experience. If you're considering this trip and not sure about changing your diet for a few days, do yourself a favor and pull the trigger.
The description of the Sanctuary farm is spot on. The setting is beautiful and indeed peaceful and comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and outdoor areas surrounding the house. The kitchen is well equipped which is adjoined to a family room with a lovely view and entrance to a patio that overlooks the beautiful property We enjoyed taking some time off to spend with our children and grandchildren in a place that was not only lovely, but gave us all the opportunity to spend time with and learn about all of the rescued animals and the philosophy of the owners and staff. Going vegan for the stay was easy and there were even some treats that were left for us by Peter and Gabrielle.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home and surroundings were everything that was described and more. We all relaxed so much. The vegan experience is something we will carry forward in our lives. Three generations of our family were able to learn so much about the lifestyle and we all appreciated the effect that it has on animals. We all love animals and were educated by Gabrielle as to what mankind has done to the helpless animals. We never knew about the treatment of dairy cows and egg-producing chickens. We were saddened but it made us think twice now about our dairy and egg consumption. Wonderful retreat! Wonderful and kind hosts!

This place is amazing! The history of this house and the ferm made us cry! The energy of the whole area is magical! We made women retreat second time there , and all our girls were admiring everything there : nature, animals, villa We would love to come again

Hi there! We started our farm sanctuary to show people how amazing these animals are. It is our goal for people to meet all of the species of animals on the farm which include, chickens, ducks, geese, bunnies, pigs, goats, sheep, horses, cows and even a peacock. Once you meet them and learn their stories you will fall in love. We also do wildlife conservation on our beautiful 336 acre property!
