Rose is a charming host who strikes a great balance, sharing space, amenities, and occasional conversation, while also allowing guests the right degree of privacy. By the end of my stay I felt I had made a new friend. A great place to stay for someone who, like me, is busy but needs a quiet and comfortable place at the end of the day.

I stayed with Rose for a few weeks for work and she was a great host! No issues at all, was very lovely. Highly recommend her home.

Rose and her dog buddy were awesome hosts! I stayed here with her for 8 weeks in the fall of 2023 and her hospitality exceeded my expectations. She was very pleasant and welcoming from the start. Rose updated me with things to do around the area whether it was places to eat, music events, or anything else worth checking out! I was lucky enough to stay with her during football season and watch the West Virginia Mountaineer games with her, she is a big fan! Roses space was clean and laid out nicely for guests with a couch, tv, wi-fi, a desk/workspace, a dresser and two beds that can be pushed together if desired, The bathroom is a good size for guests as well which is where the laundry machines are. The kitchen and living room is a shared space which Rose and I had plenty of conversations in. I am very lucky to have met Rose and buddy, and would recommend staying with them for anyone who needs a welcoming and friendly home.

The stay was absolutely phenomenal. The upstairs has plenty of room to exist, and feels very private. The bathroom and laundry area being downstairs made it a perfect opportunity to talk to Rose if she was in the living room or kitchen. Rose is super sweet, and has so many stories, and we had many good conversations. The space got a bit hot during the day but the window AC units keep it cool enough, and the temperature is mostly comfortable otherwise. I really enjoyed the stay, and would highly recommend this location, and Rose as a host.
