Very much enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the kayak and pool floaters and the house was very clean and just as described and pictured. Manager was highly responsive and helpful. Only main issue was one of the AC units worked inconsistently for one of the bedrooms and the main area of the house which did not have AC had low air flow ventilation. The manager did their best to assist and fix it the AC unit. Overall a lovely place that’s great for a large group.

Baphu and his place are great. I hope to come back and stay there in the future. Great house, and great host. Very friendly and responsive. Just an amazing experience in every way.

Stayed for 7 nights. The house and property are vey nice, stylish and well-equipped. Steps to the beach, warm ocean and beautiful views from inside and outside the house made it worth the trip. Pool is small, but the courtyard area around the pool is nice, unique and private. Baphu was highly responsive and very helpful. He's a conscientious host. The town of Chuburná is casual, beachy and a nice place to be in the Yucatan. Was always nice to return to after a day trip. The main drawback, however, was the town's unreliable power. We lost electricity intermittently for three of the days-nights and had to run and tend to a generator. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

Casi fue todo perfecto, Baphu es un excelente anfitrión pero tuvimos problemas eléctricos , estuvimos 14 días en la casa y creo que solo estuvimos bien con la electricidad 4 días, Baphu nos comentó que era porque era una fecha muy alta y debido a la alta demanda de electricidad por la demás gente en la playa era por lo que se nos iba la luz, viajamos con adultos mayores y si fue un poco tedioso estar sin luz por las noches debido a que algunos días hacía mucho calor, Baphu nos proporcionó un generador que mantenía la electricidad pero solo nos dejaba usar 2 aires acondicionados y funcionaba con gasolina , la cual tuvimos que cubrir el gasto nosotros , lo que nos pareció un poco injusto pero la casa es increíble tal y como lo muestran las fotografías y ciertamente Baphu siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros.

Thank you Baphu, your house is dreamy! we were so happy, perfect for my senior parents, sisters and kids/ baby. unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due a tropical storm. He was very helpful throughout the storm, very accommodating and fair with us leaving earlier. This a perfect house to spend time with family by the beach.
