Très bon emplacement proches restaurants, bars, plages, proches de tous les marchés à proximité, Guardamar, Tojevierra, Santa Pola, L’os Montesinos. Petite maison très bien agencée, il ne manque pas grand-chose. Idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances sachant qu’elles se passent à l’extérieur et non pas à l’intérieur vue le soleil et les nombreuses balades à faire. Aurelio est très réactif et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Facile aussi pour la voiture. 👍

Such a wonderful stay here. Super clean and organised host throughout. Feels very much like the sort of place I would buy here. Comfortable bed. Great shower and it feels spacious for a one bedroom apartment.Aurelio is a very conscientious host. Excellent experience.

Aurelio is a wonderful host, very generous. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet in person, we were 2 hours late from the planned time, but Aurelio left the key in the minisafe and sent clear instructions. The accommodation is cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, lots of utensils. Fast wifi. The car can be parked next to the house without problems, plenty of spaces available.

Stayed 2 weeks in Aurelio's place. It was just as advertised except you can't advertise just how helpful, thoughtful and kind he was. We were delighted with our stay, it was a peaceful and quiet place, plenty of parking, local shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and other supermarkets, restaurants, etc all close by. It was clean and tidy and well equipped, with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, iron and board, hair dryer, plates, glasses, cutlery, corkscrew, In fact everything you need for a short or long stay. Aurelio answered all our questions , which were mostly before we arrived, quickly and clearly and was in touch during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
