We were here for the third time, so it's pretty obvious that we love the place :) The house is very clean and cozy - if you stay in the living room you can open the big sliding door from the terrace for some fresh air, lay on the sofa, read and have coffee all day - when you have a rest day from climbing :) The terrace has a great view, where you can enjoy the beautiful Kalymnos sunsets...and cold beers. Nikolas is very responsive and friendly, we really appreciate everything he's done for us. Hope we'll be back :)

We had a wonderful month long stay at Nikolas's place on Kalymnos. Nikolas is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have had the pleasure to meet. He was so helpful from the start. He arranged a taxi to pick us up from the ferry when we arrived in Kalymnos and drive us directly to the house. He met us at the house in person and showed us around. Then he helped us find a car rental at a very reasonable price. When the weather cancelled our ferry on our departure, Nikolas allowed us to stay a few more days at the house as we rearranged our travel. The house was very comfortable and wonderfully quiet. It was a great place for us to relax as well as a good location for reaching the climbing areas by car. The view from the patio is amazing. The wifi on Kalymnos is in general not great, but we really did appreciate Nikolas's attempt to get the house the very best wifi available on the island. We loved our stay on Kalymnos.

Nikolas was very helpful with any questions we had. He also arranged all taxi rides. The house is spacious, with off street parking and very short walk to front door. Lots of friendly cats too:)

We love Nikolas place! A great home away from home with great views. If we had any issues or questions Nikolas was responsive. Definitely communicate with him for scooter rentals and taxi rides to and from the port. Ideal if you want a great view and peace and quiet while still being close to local restaurants and nearby climbing. There are also some friendly local cats who appreciate some fresh water and pets that visited us. Would 100% book again!

Nikolas was so helpful and kind. My flight was delayed and he was concerned and called me, sent me the list of ferry times to Kos, called a cab for me, and met me when I finally got in late the next day. His place is so nice and has such an amazing view. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a really beautiful and romantic property. There is off street parking big enough for a car, but you should get a scooter because they're a blast. Ask Nikolas for help to get a good deal on scooter rentals
