We had a lovely weekend at Valerie's place. We arrived Friday night and left Sunday afternoon. It's a nice little place with usable space. The bathroom is spacious and has both bath and shower. There is a comfy sofa and a table that you can pull out to eat your meals on. There is only one bed but on request we were given a camp bed which was helpful! Valerie was very kind when I had a bit of a morning, breaking a wine glass and setting off the smoke alarm and she popped in to see if we were alright!

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie's annex. Perfect spot for a short break, offering Chichester, local beautiful villages and also lovely beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with cereals, milk, coffee, tea etc, whilst the bed was comfy. Valerie and Malcolm are very welcoming and excellent hosts. We look forward to staying again.

Our second stay here and would definitely go back. The hosts are lovely and can't do enough for you and the location is perfect for us.

Our 13 day stay while waiting for our property purchase to complete was wonderful. Val and Malcolm were the perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble and the annexe at their beautiful property was equipped to an excellent standard. We enjoyed the wildlife too. We would highly recommend.
