Overall we had a mixed experience at Flexi-Lets. The living room, dining room and kitchen space was spacious and well-furnished. The long balcony accessible from the living room was nice. The location was excellent for shopping and catching the train or bus for outings. However, there was no air conditioning, so the windows had to remain open and the street was noisy. The most problematic was the plumbing. The shower did not drain well, there was a nasty strong odor coming from under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher stopped draining. Management was responsive to our complaints but the odor never went away.

Flat was a decent size for 4 people. Check in very easy with underground parking. Very central for Woking. Good facilities. We would happily come back.
