We stayed at Brian's place for our annual February getaway and the house had everything we needed. As a group of six adults, having 3 full bathrooms was much appreciated. The couches and beds were very comfortable and clean as well. We loved the quiet of the dead end road with peaceful backyard but close proximity to restaurants, shops and beaches. Brian was very responsive, informative and flexible (thanks in part to our off season stay). We all really enjoyed our stay and experience and would definitely stay here again.

Brian’s home is nestled in a quiet, private lot with great opportunities for sunset viewing on the deck. House is spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of places to eat and gather. We visited in winter and didn’t take advantage of Brian’s beach passes but they will surely be appreciated by visitors in summer.

Brian was a very responsive and accommodating host! His house is tucked away/feels very private but also a short drive away from beaches, trails, restaurants, shops/grocery stores. Would love to visit again in the summer.

Will definitely come back - easy to get to, beaches and hikes are all close. The Deck is just about perfect. The house is very well maintained and easy to be in. Felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Brian was a fantastic host. Very detailed instruction and recommendations. The house was beautiful, private and clean. Every room in the upstairs and basement as well as the porch was spacious enough for all 6 of us to hang out comfortably. Will most definitely be staying again at a later time. Thanks again!
