Very responsive host and communication was easy. Home was clean and stocked appropriately for a large group of people. (Plenty of dishes etc.). It worked well for our family reunion!

Theresa was fabulous!!! She really does a great job to make sure that you have the best vacation. Her concern for her guests is exceptional. She is personable, extremely accessible and readily available if you have any questions. She goes the “extra mile “ to insure that everything is perfect. I highly recommend Theresa, the PERFECT host.

5 stars all around!!! If you’re looking for a family friendly beach house THIS is it. The house has access to a private little pathway to the beach — 200 feet and you’re there. It’s a smaller beach with milder waves which was perfect for our group — there’s a playground, snack shack, and ice cream stand as well as bathrooms at the beach. If you want more waves we went to Scarborough beach for one day! There’s a cute little amusement park type place called Adventureland maybe 5 minutes up the road and ALL the kids loved it (bumper boats, go kart racing, mini golf, arcade games, ice cream). There is a plaza right across with a Stop & Shop and Walgreens as well. We ate out at Iggys Doughboys, George’s, Bike Shop pizza, TwoTen (about 15 min drive but gorgeous waterfront). We stayed for a week with 8 people total (4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-9) and the house was perfect. The bunk bed room is the dream kid room — we put all the kids in there and they loved it. The other bedrooms have queen beds — very comfortable and plenty of space. We spent mornings on the front porch with coffee and evenings out there with wine. There is central AC which is HUGE and different thermostat controls for the upstairs and downstairs. There were books to borrow, games, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels even! It was truly the best beach house and everyone had the best time!!!
