This is a house in a beautiful neighborhood with a spectacular view of the ocean right out the front patio!! The house was super clean and easy to move in to ! If you are going to cook you would need to bring all your own spices but there are plenty of cooking utensils. The shed is filled with chairs and umbrella and kept very organized and clean. The temperature dropped and we needed extra blankets and Greg brought them right over. We brought our own cards but wished that there were some games to play at the house. We did find Corn Hole in the shed and that was fun! All the beds were super comfortable and happy to have so many bathrooms! Thanks again for a great place - we only wished we could check out later!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Both the house and the views were gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back!

The place is beautiful as pictured! Great location. Did have some issues with lack of linnens/towels, but he was very responsive. Overall great stay would stay again.

Great house and location! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect our extended family. Greg was attentive, and provided enough info ahead of time that we didn’t need him after checking in. The kitchen is really well supplied with cookware and flatware. The shed has plenty of beach chairs and other fun things for the beach. All linens and towels arrive professionally cleaned and in shrink wrap. It was a nice touch to know that they were fresh. A few drawbacks to the house itself were: The 2 bathrooms at the back house require a pump and can be noisy at night when used. Additional pillows and of better quality would be a nice improvement. Overall, I’d highly recommend this house!
