Our family had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience at this home. We have 3 kids under 7, and this space was the perfect size for our family. The location is great - it is walking distance to 3 restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a rock beach. Additionally, it is about a 2 minute ride to the beach - also kid friendly. The host was awesome. They immediately responded to any outreach and were proactive with anything needed during our stay. We were even greeted with a lovely welcome basket upon check-in! Comfortable deck, fire place, and outdoor shower outside. Overall, great place to take your family and absolutely one of the more pleasant hosts you will encounter. Would be happy to return one day. - John

The owners accepted a 48-hr reservation after our other reservation canceled last minute. Not only were we so grateful, but it ended up being the perfect home base for us during our vacation week. We were easily able to get to Newport, Stonington, and providence. We even took a drive to Boston for the day. This cottage is super clean and comfortable, and the hosts were proactive in communication. Everything we needed was there, and the gift basket was a lovely added touch. We would 100% recommend this cottage!

Dave’s place is great! It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I. The place was sparkling clean and the gift basket with goodies was such a nice gesture. We had everything we needed. We like to cook so we brought some cooking essentials with us (e,g. olve oil, spices etc). The location was good. We enjoyed walking to Punk Rock Beach for sunsets. Scarborough Beach was a short drive. Yummy ice cream at Brickley’s in Wakefield was a quick drive as well. Lynn and Dave were very responsive and excellent hosts. Would definitely recommend!
