We had such a wonderful sister's weekend! Joseph was super responsive and helpful, and the house was immaculate. It's also centrally located to the beaches, restaurants, etc., which made it easy to do all the things we wanted to do. Also there is MORE than enough space for everyone. We'd stay there 10x over!

The house was beautiful, just as the pictures depicted. The house was clean and fully ready for our stay. We are local Rhode Islanders hosting a baby shower at a venue nearby and wanted a place to host a few friends and family from out of town. The house fit our needs perfectly. We had a jam packed weekend and Joe’s place was the perfect home to retreat to on our down time. Joe was highly responsive and ready to help us with anything we needed. We requested early check in and late check out and Joe went above and beyond to let us know we were welcome to as much time as we needed since there were no guests booked bordering our stay. He was extremely friendly and ready to accommodate our needs.

My friends and I had a lovely stay! The house was a perfect place for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space and it felt cozy on a very rainy day. Joe was a great host who proactively communicated with us before and throughout the stay. Would stay again!

This was the perfect place for our "moms trip"....peaceful, extremely clean and a very responsive host. The upstairs bedrooms got a bit chilly as others have said but we kept warm with the extra blankets provided. Great small beach and hiking nearby that will be great in warmer weather. Pride of ownership definitely shows!
