This is our third time staying here and we will definitely be back again! So much space, perfect location near the beach, so ideal for a group. Always super clean. Joe is extremely quick to respond and flexible. Thank you Joe!!

House was perfect, plenty of bedrooms, walking distance to the beach, could see the ocean out of almost every windows which was fantastic during a rainy stay

The property was awesome; right next to the Scarborough Beach. Plenty of parking for our traveling guests and we liked the decks and big living space on the main floor. We did some laundry which was great and even played a little ping pong with the portable ping pong table. We used the big spacious decks to hangout in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone that has a big group looking to stay in the area. Take a quick drive up the road for some local ice cream or even go into Newport if you wanted to.

Great place for a large gathering. Never felt cramped with all of us in the living area. Love the big table in the living area!
