Brand new house at East Matunuck beach for your perfect summer vacation. Located in a private community of waterfront homes nestled within a pristine salt water estuary overlooking Block Island Sound. Short walk to E . Matunuck beach and several restaurants, including one of RI's most popular Matunuck Oyster Bar. Private, gated, manicured grounds with multiple amenities including a kayak launch with direct access to Potter Pond. Paddle boards and beach cart and beach chairs provided. One bedroom on ground level as well as family room and bathroom. Main level has kitchen, dining, living areas, bedroom, bathroom and laundry. Loft has open space with 3 beds

The place was halcyon and idyllic. Egle was a fantastic host and very flexible and responsive. Could not recommend more and as we were leaving we all were planning another trip back.
