Though the weather was not with us the weekend we stayed, the home was a beautiful place to gather and enjoy precious time with family. A gorgeous , spacious home with a stunning view. Thank you Courtney for sharing your property with us.

Everything was absolutely perfect - the house and location were even more beautiful in person! The lawn is quite expansive and perfect for games, also the deck was a great place to relax during our trip. The area is very quiet and calm but still walking distance to Ocean Mist (fun beach bar) + a great pizza place. Courtney was a wonderful, responsive host and the house was immaculate when we arrived. Hope to stay again soon!

My family did a week long stay at Courtney’s house and had an amazing time! The house has beautiful views, lots of activities right on the water, and walkable to restaurants/bars in matunuk. Courtney was super communicative and offered great local recs. We would definitely stay again!

This house is amazing! Even better than the photos. The host was amazing and provided everything we needed for a wonderful trip. Walking distance to beaches and beautiful views. We’ll definitely it be back!

Courtney’s VRBO is truly fabulous. Such a beautiful setting on the pond, and kayaks and paddle boards at the ready to enjoy it! The beach is walking distance, as are a few restaurants and bars literally right on the ocean. The neighborhood and neighbors were lovely as well. The house was truly extraordinary - beautifully decorated and gorgeous bedrooms for each of our guests. Bathrooms were gorgeous as well. I could not speak more highly of Courtney’s beautiful resort-home!
