Just returned from an incredible week at Pt Judith Beach House with our children & grandchildren in celebration of our 40th Anniversary. Shannon was a superb host responding immediately, taking care of all of our needs. We appreciated all the personal touches put into decorating & detailing the house making it inviting, cozy & comfortable. The 2 separate living rooms were a plus, as we set up 1 for the kids & 1 for the adults. Being a family that enjoys meals together, the backyard deck, grill & large table served us well. We also loved the early morning ocean views, w/coffee in hand on the upper deck. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with our grandchildren as they thought it was both cool & adventurous with plenty of hot water to go around. The walk-through bedroom was not an issue for us at all as we just went out the back sliding patio door around to the kitchen. Best of all is the AMAZING LOCATION, just mins to beautiful beaches & restaurants. Thx Shannon for a magical week ⛵️ ☀️

Pros: Great location with views of water from upper balcony. Great living space in common areas. Very close to beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Close enough for older kids to walk to ice cream shop. The hosts were very friendly and extremely responsive to the questions we had during our stay. Cons: The 1 full bath is extremely small and a very tight space to move around. 1 of the beds (twin + pull out) is located in a hallway that acts as a pass-through- connecting two sides of the home so for larger families this was a bit inconvenient. The master bedroom does not have its own door. Overall we had a very nice stay and it was a lovely home and I would consider staying again.

Excellent location, so close to local restaurants and beaches. Hosts were extremely kind & communicative. House was perfect for our family of five with the multiple living spaces, outdoor decks, and amenities. Thank you for an amazing stay!
