We have a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend. We're a family of 5 and everyone was super comfortable. King size bed was great. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. It's just steps from the water and was very quiet. It was a great location for a trip to Newport and Block Island. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for having us!

We felt at home right away at Lauren's place! I loved the way the house was decorated, everything was super clean, and as described. My kids loved the toys, games and puzzles, and they thought the trundle bed and outdoor shower were so cool! Lauren was very responsive to any questions I had. We watched the sun set from the Adirondack chairs, walked to the nearby playground, and ran around the yard playing catch. We saw bunnies, turkeys and even a hummingbird! Lauren's guidebook of activities had plenty of ideas. We did a day trip up to the zoo in providence, another day to Newport, another day trip with the ferry to block island. All of these were easily accessible from the home's location. We loved spending the evenings at the beach a super easy drive a mile down the road. A perfect home base to explore the ocean state, and we would love to stay here again on our next trip up!

This house has everything you need for a beach vacation with littles. Well stocked-kitchen, lots of games and toys, all the beach gear, and then a gorgeous view for after the littles go to bed. We'd love to stay here again.
