We had a great stay. Home was setup with exactly what we needed. Loved the back porch and serene quiet yard. Great location to get to Narragansett and other quaint towns.

This is a sweet cottage and Kathy is a great host. We loved being a 5-10 minute drive to the main Naragansett Beach and being a 1 minute drive to a kayaking rental shop. The surroundings are quiet and good for sleeping. The beds are comfortable and the layout was perfect for us and our toddler. I would recommend staying here.

This little spot is absolutely perfect! The charming decor, beautiful outdoor green backdrop, and the organization and timely responses of the host made our stay in Rhode Island a delight. The interior is open, light, and spacious, and the location is so close to Town Beach, Narrow River, and shopping.

AS always this little house which seems so much bigger really fit our needs. Our favorite spot in the screened space outside. And the house is a perfect location for morning coffee and groceries. I'm hesitant to give it the super glowing recommendation it deserves as I worry the time slots will fill too quickly and we will miss out.

Kathy's home was perfect for what we were looking for: great location, incredibly clean and livable, and easy for two small kids under 4 years. Kathy was incredibly reliable in terms of communication and responded quickly every time. Check-in was very smooth, access to wi-fi was easy, temperature control was straightforward, all other details were thought of ahead of time in her guide. We hope to stay in her home again in the future!
