The lift was having so much problems and almost getting stuck on it, so we didn’t trust it and had to walk the stairs all the way to the 5th floor. That is not ideal for the older people that was with us. The windows in the room needs to be updated so it can block out the noise from the trains rolling past, woke up at 6am everyday unfortunately. We were able to get cleaning services for our room and received new beddings but did not get any vacuum service for the space, so we had to sweep for ourselves. However, all of our questions were answered quickly through the Airbnb app which was great. Location of the train station being about a 2 min walk was also a plus.

Great place, just what you need a stone throw from the station, which gets you direct to central london super fast. Reception staff were oustanding, went above and beyond.
