What a lovely place to stay and enjoy the sights of Rotterdam. Nicolette provides everything you could want in a beautiful setting within her own garden. A gem of a place.

A really homey and comfortable place to stay! I was attending a conference at Rotterdam Ahoy and it was an easy 45 min commute with the tram & train and was so nice to be able to come “home” and snuggle up on the couch or in the bed with a glass of wine or tea and unwind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at Nicolette's place. The cabin is beautifully designed, quite spacious, well equipped, and served me well as both a home base and a work office during my trip to Rotterdam. The area is a 15 minute tram ride from the city center, and trams arrive every 12 minutes or so at almost all hours of the day. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful with a few lovely lakes nearby: you hardly feel like you're in a dense urban center. At the same time, one of the biggest grocery stores in Rotterdam is just a few minutes away, making it easy to grab supplies on a whim if you're looking to cook. To top it off, Nicolette was a very friendly and communicative host. Would definitely stay again when visiting Rotterdam!

Everything was super prepared and explained! Nicolette was on holiday herself and not on site, but you didn't notice that at all. The carriage house is very nice and we will be happy to come back!

Das Kutschenhaus war eine wunderbare Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Rotterdam. Es war gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nicolette war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Gerne wäre ich länger geblieben.
