I’m already familiar with the area but will say location is perfect and within 10 mins to historic downtown St Augustine. Studio apt is located in a nice neighborhood as well. Felt very safe staying, Space is open, airy and light and not overwhelming, open concept floor plan is also inviting. Perfect for one person or two. Bed was also very comfortable. Very clean and the AC worked great but if you have trouble sleeping with “ white noise” of it kicking on, it may be a bother. (Window unit built into wall) The one thing I noticed which was not a problem for me but may be for someone that has trouble stepping up, is the bathroom toilet and shower area is built up and must step up onto tiled area. Shower is a smaller drop in and only large enough for one person of average size. Highly recommend though and certainly will be back when visiting family in St Augustine. Amy was also very responsive to calling me back and messaging.

Great location, cute decor, and near most locations you would want to visit in St. Augustine. The Host was very responsive and friendly and respected our privacy. Would stay again. Great for couples visiting the area.

My daughter ended up staying at Amy's place. She said it was clean, had everything she needed and the bed was comfortable. Quiet area and place looked liked the photos. She enjoyed her stay!

Thank you so much for hosting us we loved your place and it was worth the money and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The place was so cutie and charming. I would book her place again when I come back.

Amy was an excellent host! The place was only a short drive away from Anastasia Island and Downtown St. Augustine. I really loved eating at Mojo’s Tacos just down the street — and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Very clean space, and exactly as she described. I hope to stay in this place again if I ever find myself in St. Augustine in the future!
