I really enjoyed my stay. Easy walk to the beach. I even saw a couple deer walk up to the sliding glass door a couple of times. I watched a couple of movies they had available on the shelf at night. Place was clean and I felt right at home. Over all it was very peaceful experience and exactly what i needed to get away from the city. The owners were always quick and responsive in just a couple mins. I highly recommend

We had a great and eventful trip. Kathleen was excellent to deal with and super responsive. It was our first time clamming and we managed to set off all the fire alarms and draw a fire truck to the residence trying to cook clams for the first time! Kathleen checked in on us as soon as she heard about the fire truck. Overall a great stay. I felt like she undersold the location. This is right on the water. We had stayed in another AirBnB recently that was "right on the water" but was really right on the beach. It was still a half mile hike over the dunes to the water. This is so close. The TV and Apple TV set up is small and could use an upgrade but as we watched TV for less than 30 minutes over the weekend with so much to do and the water right there, I feel like it didn't hinder our enjoyment. Overall a great stay. Sorry about the fire trucks... :)

The dunes are gone leaving an absolutely unbelievable view of the water. Amazing view and comfy home. Even though it was literally right on the beach we didnt notice any sand in the home which was really incredible. Perfect place to spend my daughter's 5th birthday.

Kathleen’s beach house was a peaceful, relaxing and recharging space. It was spotlessly clean and she left very clear instructions for using everything in the house. The best part is the view and proximity to the beach. We lucked out with amazing clear weather our whole trip. We spent hours walking the beach. At night we watched movies with the cozy fireplace on. It was the perfect way to spend our Thanksgiving holiday!
