I always love staying at Eric's place. Amazing location and amenities. Hiking trails and a hot tub right out your backdoor. A quick walk or bike ride to Downtown and Hyde Park. Excellent communication. Clean and comfortable living space. Highly recommend Eric as your Boise host.

My husband and I spent a few months at Eric's place in Boise and loved our stay. The house is in a great neighborhood. Close to downtown and Bogus Basin. Hiking trails and a hot tub right out the back door. Eric is an amazing host. Only positive things to say about our stay.

Eric’s house is everything advertised and more. Amazing view, really close to downtown, and a great place to relax. Very attractive furnishings, a hot tub, and everything you could need while staying. Eric was always quick to respond to any questions and was very friendly. An absolutely great host and awesome house. I had a wonderful time and will definitely check the availability for this house the next time I visit Boise. I can’t say enough good things about both house and host!

We loved staying here! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect for everything Boise has to offer. Communication is easy and Eric is a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed for our extended stay. We loved that we could go for walks in the foothills, straight from the back yard. Highly recommend!
